I would say, venezuelan commercial food doesn't exactly really venezuelan food. Only it's a plan to do business of food here on Buenos Aires.
Has a flag of spain... Because it's a ordinary sandwich of turkeycock ham.
Only have particularly ingredients of venezuelan food.
I love cooking, these it's my first garlic shrimp with avocado, and Bok Choy made by my boyfriend, because in the asian culture is very important vegetables
It is harvested in Venezuela, Colombia and other tropical countries like Bolivia. Africa also have this delicious and sweet vegetable of banana. Not is fruit, it's a vegetable. I did something calling (Patacon) crispy banana. Mashed potatoes, rice made on rice cooker, cause the venezuelan rice the grains are usually more separated, and chicken.
Boiled cassava, delicious and sometimes eaten in venezuela with guacamole, meat and rice.
And Salad :D
